Terms and Conditions for Workshops/Classes/1-2-1/Masterclasses/Tutoring:
By making a booking for a workshop/class at Feral Furniture Designs you are agreeing to our Terms and conditions.
Changes to workshops/classes/1-2-1/masterclasses/tutoring sessions
We reserve the right to make small changes to the content of workshops at our discretion. If a tutor should be unable to attend the workshop/class for any reason we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible and, in that case we reserve the right to appoint an alternative tutor, or postpone the class to a later date.
If we have to cancel
It is very unlikely that we would cancel a class/workshop/masterclass or tutoring session we will let you know as soon as we can and will offer a full refund or a transfer to another class. If Feral Furniture Designs does have to cancel a class/workshop/masterclass or tutoring session we will not accept liability for any other costs incurred by the student other than the class/workshop fee.
If you have to cancel
If you have to cancel a booking please let us know as soon as possible.
For group classes/workshops we will endeavor to fill your space if we have a waiting list or in some instances we may be able to offer a transfer to another class. If we are able to fill your space up to 2 weeks before the class we will refund you but will apply an administration charge of £25.00 per person.
For in person and online 1-2-1 masterclasses and tutoring sessions we do not offer refunds. Should you by any chance need to cancel you will be able to book another date or given a credit voucher to use towards booking another masterclass or tutoring session.
Payment in advance for a class/workshop/masterclass/1-2-1/tutoring sessions is required to secure a space.
Health & Safety
.We are a working farm and for your own safety PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR CHILDREN ARE NOT LEFT UNSUPERVISED AT ANY TIME. WHILST VISITING THE SHOWROOM OR WORKSHOP. THE FARM YARDS ARE OUT OF BOUNDS FOR EVERYONE.
Feral Furniture Designs does take all reasonable precautions to ensure the Health & Safety of its customers. It is important that students and other visitors are aware of others and their safety. Any Health & Safety advice given by the management and staff of Feral Furniture Designs must be adhered to.
Feral Furniture Designs cannot be held responsible for injury, loss or damage to you or your personal possessions. Cars are parked at owners risk.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and are not allowed in the showroom or workshop (unless a Guide Dog or a Hearing Dog). Sandy loves dogs and really wants to be friendly but this is a working farm and public area, so please ensure that you pick up after your dog and restrict your dog to the car parking area or ask permission where your dog can roam. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG IN A HOT CAR, we can provide shade if requested.
Feral furniture Designs cannot be held liable for any accident or injury incurred whilst visiting the premises.
Shipping and Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final.
We only accept exchange on paint that has been unopened. If returning your paint you will be responsible for your own shipping cost and the cost to resend the exchanged paint to you.
Our policy lasts 14 days, After this time unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange your paint must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your paint has arrived and is damaged, please contact us within within 3 days of receiving your order. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with details and a photograph of the damage. We will arrange for you to return the item and send a replacement.
There are certain situations where an exchange will not be granted (if applicable) that being
Paint that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Where photographic evidence of damaged goods is not provided.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Exchanges (if applicable, paint only)
We only replace paint if it's container has been damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at email@example.com.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Feral Furniture, Carlumb Farm, St Minver, Wadebridge, Cornwall, PL27 6RG
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging paint the cost of return shipping will be charged to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
