Desk, Dresser, Green, Vintage, Hand Painted, Solid Wood, Chest, Decoupaged, Parrot Design, Baby Changing Unit.
 
Lovingly and professionally upcycled by Sandy of Feral Furniture Designs, this stunning 3 drawer chest, dresser, desk has more to it than meets the eye. Not only is it a beautiful piece with its gorgeous parrot design on the front it can also be turned into a desk. Yes you heard me right. By pulling out the top by the brass knobs it is swiftly converted into a fabulous desk with ample space to hold your laptop, sketch book, diary etc. A chair can be placed comfortably under the slide out insert providing the perfect home office set up. They would also make for a brilliant baby changing unit. The drawers are solid wood and there is ample storage.
The outside has been hand painted in this gorgeous restful green by Fusion mineral paint which is a super tough and hard-wearing finish. A fabulous parrot design has been applied to the front and further hand painted leaves painted to extend the design onto the top. The whole piece has been given even more protection with a couple of coats of super hard-wearing varnish and an aged effect has been created by finally applying some antiquing wax. This is a solid quality chest of drawers that have been built to last many a lifetime.
 
Measurements - width 95cm x depth 58cm x height 77cm. The pull out desk top pulls out to over 38cm but 38cm is the optimum depth for working on safely.

REFINISHED VINTAGE
This is a genuine upcycled vintage item that has had a previous life and it may have minor imperfections relative its age and wear and tear over the years. It has been fully cleaned and has been restored as much as appropriate to maintain its character. The painting and design work is all created by hand so please expect a high quality artists finish not a factory finish.
